Anatomy study Front Rib Cage profile

The purpose of this drawing was a test on my abilities as a painter and draftsmen and my mentality on working on long term projects. The purpose of this was not to make a pretty picture but to challenge myself In remembering anatomical form and the underlying structure of the human body so when I get back to painting the figure I will have a much more In depth understanding of anatomical landmarks and how they relate to muscle landmarks. All In all I did this because I want to be a better painter and I believe I've been slacking.

I'll be doing several of these to really get a strong grasp of human anatomy.
