Cast study of a head after a Julian plate

Completed another study today after the Julian Plate's Its a cast study of an antique statue. I do not know the name of the statue that It was drawn from possibly Aphrodite the goddess of love? Nonetheless this exercise had a strong emphasis on line quality and variation of line weight's and thickness. Good challenge to complete and will continue my studies alternating between still life's, drawings from the model, master studies, bargue plates, and the remainder of the Julian plate's that I have available.

recently completed another study after the Julian plates I varied the final product slightly than the original and It was a real challenge but all in all worth the effort. Very good study on transition of planar changes.
