Watercolor Study after Rubens
With these I do the block in and simplify the facial structures and make notes of the neutral color tones to build a small sketch painting in Watercolor. 
Did the same for these as well, block in from life, made mental notes of the structures of the figure by memorizing the anatomical landmarks and then notes on the watercolor sketchbook so I can paint when I get to work.
